JAMAICA CUSTOMS SAYS TELEPHONE LINES ARE TEMPORARILY DOWN

Kingston, Jamaica:

The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) is advising its stakeholders that the telephone lines (876-922-5140-8 and 876-948-5151) at its Head Office at Myers’ Wharf, Newport East, and the Corporate Office at King Street, Kingston are temporarily out of service.

This disruption in service is beyond our control and our service provider is currently working to rectify the situation.

In the interim, stakeholders may contact the JCA at 876-618-0361 or via email at quick.response@jca.gov.jm or public.relations@jca.gov.jm or imu@jacustoms.gov.jm or helpdesk@jca.gov.jm. Stakeholders may also visit the website www.jacustoms.gov.jm for information.

The JCA is committed to providing the best quality service to its clients and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The Agency will provide further updates as soon as the lines become operational.
