Jamaica Customs Advises of Items No Longer Requiring Licences from TBL

The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) is advising the public of the Amended (2019) List of Items, which have been updated in the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA), which no longer require import or export licences from the Trade Board Limited (TBL).

The JCA further reminds traders, that while these items no longer require licences, where applicable, the requisite permits or letters of approval must be obtained from the relevant authority.   

Below is the detailed list of items from which import or export licences have been removed, and their accompanying (Tariff Codes) HS Classification Codes.

The following items no longer require import licences from the TBL:

Description
