JCA’s CONTACTLESS CLEARANCE PROCESS REMAINS OPTIONAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
The Jamaica Customs Agency’s (JCA) Physical Inspection Reform Initiative, Contactless Clearance Process will remain optional, notwithstanding the previously announced April 02, 2024 mandatory implementation date. This adjustment is the result of an Interim Order made in the Supreme Court today (March 28) which directed that no changes be made to the current regime, pending the determination of certain matters that have been placed before the Court.
